Lofoten Jewelry Silver Earrings "Sand"

The SandSpor collection

These earrings are made using a special sand casting technique with sand from a beach in Lofoten. The unique properties of the sand give each piece its own little traces and details – almost identical, but still unique.

Each piece of jewelry is cast from the same wax mold, but the natural variation in structure gives each pair its own character. A meeting of craftsmanship, place and chance.

These earrings are molded and thicker than some of my other models, so they have a little more weight to them. But even though they are heavier, they are comfortable to wear all day.
